About the role
Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid media (social media, programmatic, SEO/SEM, retargeting, affiliates, partnerships) and owned media platforms (social, email, IM), incorporating creative storytelling, innovative formats, and dynamic content. Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and production houses to develop creative assets and tactical plans that align with business objectives. Drive digital sales, lead generation, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities through integrated campaigns. Support the design and refinement of digital customer journeys to enhance customer experience across online and offline touchpoints. Develop and manage digital media plans to maximize campaign effectiveness and ensure seamless integration into the customer journey. Performance Optimization: Define core metrics and establish reporting systems to track and analyze campaign effectiveness and media spend. Use site analytics and tracking tools (e.g., GA4, GTM) to monitor digital marketing performance, content engagement, and e-commerce funnel activity. Analyze customer behavior to uncover actionable insights that improve engagement, retention, and campaign ROI. Ensure alignment with acquisition targets and budget constraints while optimizing key metrics such as CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV). Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital acquisition, or performance marketing with proven track record; experience in insurance, e-commerce, insurtech or fintech is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and its application in deriving valuable customer insights.
- Extensive experience in managing digital campaigns and acquisitions, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, performance marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, CRM, and app marketing.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Proficient in using website analytical tools (e.g., GA 4), Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Marketing Automation Platforms such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce.
- Outstanding analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
